Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are 18 years old or older and able to give your own consent to participate
• You have been diagnosed with active psoriatic arthritis or axial spondyloarthritis (a type of inflammatory spinal condition), and your doctor considers the study drug bimekizumab an appropriate treatment option for you
• Your weight falls within a specific range: between 45–100 kg if you are female, or between 50–100 kg if you are male
• You have never used biologic medications for your condition, OR you stopped taking biologic medications at least 3 months ago (or long enough for the medication to clear your system)

Who may not be able to join:

• You have serious problems affecting major organs such as your heart, liver, kidneys, digestive system, or nervous system
• You have had severe mental health difficulties or problems with substance misuse in the past year
• You have a current, recent, or long-standing infection, including tuberculosis (TB) or a related type of bacterial infection
• You have another inflammatory condition such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, or inflammatory bowel disease
• You have received a live vaccine in the past 8 weeks, or a BCG vaccine (commonly given for TB prevention) in the past year
• You have used a GLP-1 medication (a type of drug often used for diabetes or weight management) within the past 28 weeks
