- People with a history of pancreas inflammation, serious digestive system disease, or weight-loss surgery
- People with serious heart, liver, kidney, or mental health conditions that could affect their ability to take part
- Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study
- People currently taking part in any other clinical trial
- People whom the trial doctors consider unsuitable for the study for any other reason (confirm with trial site)
