Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You have been diagnosed with a lung condition called IPF (idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis), confirmed using recognised international guidelines

- You have a condition called IgA deficiency (a specific low level of a protein in your blood) that could cause a reaction to the treatment
- Your IPF or sudden worsening has not been clearly confirmed through medical tests and specialist discussion
- You currently have an active cancer or are receiving cancer treatment — with some exceptions for certain low-risk skin cancers or low-risk prostate cancer (confirm with trial site)
- You have taken high-dose steroid tablets for more than 14 days in the past month, or taken certain immune-suppressing medicines in the past month, above specific dose thresholds (confirm with trial site for exact details)
