Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have previously been diagnosed with early-stage bladder cancer (cancer that has not spread into the bladder muscle) and are currently being monitored or receiving treatment directly into the bladder
- You have been assessed as not getting enough physical activity based on a standard activity questionnaire
- You own or have regular access to an Android or Apple smartphone or tablet
- You are able to walk
- You speak and understand English
- You are willing to take part in all study activities and sign a consent form
Who may not be able to join:
- You have severe memory problems or dementia that would make it difficult to follow instructions or complete questionnaires
- You are unable to read or understand English
- Your smartphone or tablet does not meet the minimum requirements needed to run the study's exercise app (called ExerciseRx)
- You are not currently receiving treatment at the University of Washington (UW)
- You have joint, bone, nerve, or other physical problems that make walking safely difficult or could prevent you from following the study plan (confirm with trial site)
- You are unwilling or unable to take part in a personalised exercise programme
- You currently have bladder cancer that has spread into the bladder muscle or to other parts of the body
- You have serious uncontrolled health conditions, such as an active infection, heart failure, unstable chest pain, irregular heartbeat, or mental health or personal circumstances that could make it hard to follow the study requirements
- You are already enrolled in another clinical trial that does not allow you to also join this one
