Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 45 years old
- You can speak and read French fluently
- You have access to a computer with a camera and a reliable, secure internet connection
- You have access to a private space where you can attend assessment and treatment sessions
- You are available to take part in the full treatment program from start to finish
- You have been formally diagnosed with PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), confirmed through a structured clinical interview
- You currently live in Canada
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a history of a neurological condition such as a stroke, brain surgery, brain aneurysm, or epilepsy
- You have had a moderate to severe traumatic brain injury, or were hospitalized because of a brain injury
- You had a mild traumatic brain injury less than 6 months ago and are still experiencing symptoms from it
- You have been diagnosed with a psychotic disorder (such as schizophrenia) (confirm with trial site)
- You have a current problem with alcohol or drug dependence
- You have been identified as having a video game addiction
- You were hospitalized for severe depression or risk of suicide within the last 3 months
- You regularly take medications that affect brain function and thinking, including certain anxiety medications such as diazepam, lorazepam, alprazolam, Ativan, Xanax, or Rivotril
- You live outside of Canada
