Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are between 18 and 79 years old (at the time of signing the consent form)

• If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you are not currently pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use a highly effective form of contraception during the study and for at least 12 weeks after your last dose

Who may not be able to join:

• You have taken steroid tablets for asthma within the last month before screening, or you take steroid tablets every day as a regular treatment
• You currently smoke, or you stopped smoking less than 6 months ago
• You are a former smoker with a significant smoking history (more than 10 pack-years) and your breathing test shows a reduced lung function pattern consistent with another lung condition (confirm with trial site)
• Records show you collected less than 75% of your prescribed preventer inhaler from the pharmacy over the past 12 months
• You have significant problems with your inhaler technique that cannot be corrected, as assessed by the research team
• You have a medical reason that means you cannot take the study drug
• You have an immune system disease, condition, or take medication that may affect how your body responds to inflammation, in the opinion of the doctor running the trial
• You have another significant lung condition, such as lung fibrosis, pulmonary hypertension, significant bronchiectasis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), or certain other lung diseases
• You have another serious illness that, in the trial doctor's opinion, would make it unsafe or unsuitable for you to take part
• You have an active cancer, or have had cancer in the last 5 years (except for a specific type of minor skin cancer called basal cell carcinoma)
• You have recently received a biological therapy (a type of specialist drug given by injection) for asthma or another trial drug within a specific recent time period (confirm with trial site)
• You are already eligible to receive Dupilumab (a licensed biological treatment) funded through your country's healthcare system for another condition such as nasal polyps, eczema, or other approved uses
• You have received a live vaccine in the past 4 weeks
