Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who are Thai nationals
- People who are able to walk and carry out everyday activities on their own, without using any walking aids or assistive devices

- People who have a history of high blood pressure
- People who have a history of inner ear or balance disorders, such as Meniere's disease or middle ear infections
- People who have a history of neurological conditions, such as severe Parkinson's disease or stroke
- People who have previously had surgery on the lower limbs, such as hip, knee, or ankle replacement surgery
- People who have a history of serious joint or muscle conditions, such as severe osteoarthritis
- People who have a history of serious brain conditions, such as dementia
- People with severe vision or hearing impairment
- People who have difficulty with thinking, understanding, or following instructions to a degree that would prevent them from completing the trial activities
- People who are already highly physically active or who exercise regularly
