  • People who have a history of neurological conditions, such as severe Parkinson's disease or stroke
  • People who have previously had surgery on the lower limbs, such as hip, knee, or ankle replacement surgery
  • People who have a history of serious joint or muscle conditions, such as severe osteoarthritis
  • People who have a history of serious brain conditions, such as dementia
  • People with severe vision or hearing impairment
  • People who have difficulty with thinking, understanding, or following instructions to a degree that would prevent them from completing the trial activities
  • People who are already highly physically active or who exercise regularly
