You are willing and able to agree to take part in the study after being informed about it
You are between 18 and 50 years old

You have been diagnosed with stage III or IV (severe) endometriosis, confirmed by a scan (MRI or ultrasound) or previous surgery
You are already scheduled to have surgery for severe endometriosis
