Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You have been diagnosed with a primary (original, not spread-from-elsewhere) solid tumor cancer that has not yet been treated, in one of these cancer types: breast, lung, muscle-invasive bladder, rectal, pancreatic, ovarian, gastroesophageal (stomach/esophagus), prostate, melanoma (skin), liver, uterine/endometrial, or head and neck cancer.
- You are suspected (based on imaging/scans) of having pancreatic, endometrial (uterine), bladder, or ovarian cancer that has not yet been confirmed.
- You are generally well enough to carry out some daily activities — not completely restricted to bed (confirm with trial site).
- You are able to have blood drawn through a needle in your vein.
- You are willing to allow leftover tumor tissue from your procedure to be used for research.
- You are willing and able to follow all the requirements of the study.
- You have read and signed a consent form before taking part.
Who may not be able to join:
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You have been treated for any other cancer within the past year, or you currently have another active cancer — except if you previously had minor skin cancers (squamous cell or basal cell) that were surgically removed.
- You have already started systemic treatment (such as chemotherapy or other medicines) after surgery.
- You have already had, or are planning to have, a specific type of blood test called ctDNA testing to check for remaining cancer cells — except if it is being done to help choose your treatment (confirm with trial site).
- You have a history of a bone marrow or organ transplant.
- You have serious health conditions that could make it difficult for you to safely participate in the study (confirm with trial site).
