Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have been diagnosed with a primary cancer of the uterine lining (endometrial carcinoma), including specific types such as endometrioid, serous, clear cell, dedifferentiated/undifferentiated, mixed epithelial, adenocarcinoma not otherwise specified, and carcinosarcoma
• People whose initial surgery included removal of the uterus (hysterectomy), both ovaries and fallopian tubes, and an assessment of the pelvic lymph nodes (either by a mapping/sampling method or full removal)
• People whose surgery successfully removed all visible cancer, with no cancer found at the edges of the removed tissue and no remaining disease after the operation
• People whose cancer was confirmed as stage I or II (early stage) based on what was found during surgery, using the 2009 FIGO staging system
• People aged 18 years or older
• People who are able to begin radiation treatment within 12 weeks of their surgery date

Who may not be able to join:

• People who are currently receiving chemotherapy or hormonal therapy
• People who have had or currently have another cancer whose history or treatment could interfere with how the trial measures safety or effectiveness
• People who have previously had radiation therapy to the pelvic area
• People who have an active infection of the urinary or genital tract that requires antibiotics, unless it is a straightforward urinary tract infection
• People who have a history of active inflammatory bowel disease requiring treatment, such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis
• People who have a psychiatric or medical condition that the trial investigator considers would make participation in the study unsuitable
