Who might be able to join this trial:

• Adults aged 18 to 75 years old (any gender)
• People who have had surgery for non-small cell lung cancer and whose cancer has spread to multiple lymph nodes in the chest (called N2 metastasis), confirmed by laboratory testing of tissue samples
• People who have not previously had radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or immunotherapy
• People whose post-surgery pathology results confirmed at least 3 affected lymph nodes

• People whose blood, liver, kidney, and clotting function test results are within a broadly normal range

• People with a known or suspected active autoimmune disease, or a history of autoimmune conditions such as lung inflammation, colitis, hepatitis, thyroid disorders, vasculitis, or kidney inflammation
• People with a history of immune deficiency conditions, a positive HIV test, other inherited or acquired immune disorders, or who have received an organ transplant or bone marrow transplant from a donor
• People with interstitial lung disease, medication-related lung inflammation, radiation-related lung inflammation requiring steroid treatment, active pneumonia, or severely reduced lung function
• People with poorly controlled heart conditions, such as moderate-to-severe heart failure, unstable chest pain, a heart attack within the past year, or an uncontrolled irregular heartbeat
• People with active hepatitis B or hepatitis C infections meeting specific laboratory thresholds (confirm with trial site)
• People with an inherited tendency to bleed or a clotting disorder, those who have had bleeding symptoms within the past 3 months, or those with a significantly positive stool blood test
• People whose side effects from any previous cancer treatment have not returned to a mild level (except hair loss)
• People with a known or suspected allergy to the study drug
• Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
• People considered unsuitable for the trial by the treating doctor
