Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must be willing and able to sign a consent form to take part in the study
- You must be 18 years old or older
- You have been diagnosed with a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has a specific gene change called an EGFR mutation, confirmed by a tissue test
- Your lung cancer is at an advanced stage (stage IIIA, IIIB, or IIIC), confirmed by scans, and a medical team has decided that surgery right now is not the right option for you
- You have not had any cancer treatments (such as chemotherapy or targeted therapy) before
- Your doctors can identify at least one area of cancer that can be measured on scans, using a standard set of measurement rules
- Your lungs are healthy enough that you could tolerate surgery if needed

Who may not be able to join:
- You have had an allergic reaction to the study drug Sacituzumab Tirumotecan or any of its ingredients
- You have had an allergic reaction to the study drug Limertinib or any of its ingredients
- You have had another type of cancer (other than this lung cancer) at any point, or you have previously received a transplanted organ from another person
- You have had major surgery in the 4 weeks before starting the trial (routine diagnostic biopsies do not count)
- You have a history of drug abuse, long-term heavy alcohol use, or you are living with HIV/AIDS
- You have an autoimmune disease (where your immune system attacks your own body) that is currently active or could come back
- You are currently taking steroid medications at a relatively high dose, or any other medicines that suppress your immune system, within 14 days before starting the trial (confirm with trial site for specific details)
- You have previously been treated with a type of targeted therapy called an EGFR-TKI, or a type of drug called a TROP2 ADC
