Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with advanced cancer of the bile ducts, gallbladder, or pancreas, confirmed by a laboratory test on a tissue sample.
- You have ongoing cancer-related pain that scores 4 or higher on a pain scale of 0–10, has lasted more than one week, and your doctors are planning a specific nerve-blocking procedure to help manage it.

- Your blood does not clot properly, based on specific blood test results showing clotting or platelet levels outside safe ranges.
- You have severe heart, liver, or kidney problems, as measured by specific medical assessments (confirm with trial site).
- There is a reason why the nerve-blocking procedure would not be safe for you, such as a local infection or an unusual body structure in the relevant area.
- You have any other health condition that the trial doctor believes would make it unsafe for you to take part.
