Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People diagnosed with Stage III to IVa nasopharyngeal cancer (a type of cancer at the back of the nose/throat), confirmed by a pathology test at a major hospital

  • People who have already had surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or targeted immunotherapy
  • People with a history of asthma, rashes, hives, or other allergic conditions
  • People with a history of autoimmune diseases, connective tissue diseases, or diabetes that may affect how wounds or mouth sores heal
  • People with existing heart disease, kidney disease, or active infectious diseases that a doctor judges could put them at serious risk or prevent them from completing the study
  • People who are currently breastfeeding, pregnant, or planning to become pregnant during the study period
  • People with known allergies to penicillin or to any of the treatment medications used in this trial
  • People with mental health or nervous system conditions, or those who may have difficulty following the study requirements
