Who might be able to join this trial:

  • Women who have had breast cancer and are between 40 and 60 years old

  • People who have a bone disease other than osteoporosis, such as Paget's disease or osteomalacia
  • People with severe memory, thinking, or mental health difficulties that may make it hard to follow the exercise or supplement program
  • People with a known allergy or intolerance to calcium or vitamin D supplements
  • People who have taken part in another clinical trial involving structured exercise or bone-related treatment in the past 3 months
