Who might be able to join this trial:
- Women who have had breast cancer and are between 40 and 60 years old
- People whose breast cancer was confirmed through laboratory testing and was at an early to middle stage (stage I, II, or III)
- People who have been taking a type of hormone therapy called aromatase inhibitors for at least 3 months
- People whose bone density test results show low bone density or a risk of osteoporosis (a specific bone scan score of -1.0 or lower at the spine or hip)

- People who are able to attend supervised exercise sessions three times per week for 12 weeks

- People who have had a bone fracture caused by osteoporosis in the past 12 months
- People with serious heart, lung, or joint/muscle conditions that make exercise unsafe
- People with uncontrolled high blood pressure, diabetes, or thyroid problems
- People who are currently taking steroid medications (corticosteroids)
- People who have a bone disease other than osteoporosis, such as Paget's disease or osteomalacia
- People with severe memory, thinking, or mental health difficulties that may make it hard to follow the exercise or supplement program
- People with a known allergy or intolerance to calcium or vitamin D supplements
- People who have taken part in another clinical trial involving structured exercise or bone-related treatment in the past 3 months
