You have been diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) but do NOT have bipolar disorder (both checked using a structured clinical interview)
You have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder but do NOT have Borderline Personality Disorder (both checked using a structured clinical interview)

You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
You are unable to understand, speak, or write in French
You are unable to understand the purpose or methods of the study

If you have bipolar disorder (without BPD): you are currently experiencing a moderate or severe depressive episode, or a hypomanic or manic episode, as measured by specific clinical rating scales (confirm with trial site)
