Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older
- People who have been diagnosed with a type of blood cancer called CLL or SLL, confirmed through laboratory testing of tissue samples using 2018 guidelines
- People whose cancer has come back or stopped responding to treatment and now requires further treatment
- People who have already received at least one previous treatment, including a specific type of medication known as a covalent BTK inhibitor

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have previously been treated with a non-covalent BTK inhibitor or a BTK degrader (a different category of BTK-targeting treatment)
- People whose CLL or SLL has transformed into a more aggressive type of cancer known as Richter's transformation
- People diagnosed with a related blood cancer called prolymphocytic leukemia
- People with serious other health conditions or infections that are not well controlled
- People whose CLL or SLL has spread to the central nervous system (the brain or spinal cord)
- People who have or have had another type of cancer that currently requires active treatment (some exceptions may apply — confirm with trial site)
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People taking certain other medications or who have conditions that may interact in a way prohibited by the trial rules (confirm with trial site)
