- You have been diagnosed with cervicogenic headache (a type of headache that comes from the neck) by at least two pain specialists or neurologists
- Your headaches have been going on for at least 3 months
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- Your pain level is still 3 or higher out of 10 even after trying standard medication treatments
- You are willing and able to sign a consent form agreeing to take part
Who may not be able to join:

- You have a serious condition such as severe nerve disorders, significant liver or kidney problems, heart failure, blood clotting problems, stomach ulcers, diabetes, or inflammatory joint/muscle diseases
- You are unable to use a pain rating scale to describe your pain levels

- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
