Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with chronic migraine and/or cluster headache (also called Horton's headache)
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You experience 15 or more headache days per month, with at least 8 of those days being migraine days
- You have been diagnosed with chronic cluster headache, meaning you have fewer than 3 months of relief per year, diagnosed using standard international headache guidelines
- You are physically able to perform gentle yoga-based movements and can agree to take part in the study
- You have access to the internet via a computer, tablet, or mobile phone to take part in online sessions
- You are willing to wear a wristwatch-style device that tracks your activity and sleep
- You are willing to have blood samples taken at a laboratory
Who may not be able to join:
- You have had surgery recently or have surgery planned within the last or next 6 weeks
- You have a dependence on drugs or alcohol, or have a mental health condition such as psychosis, bipolar disorder, PTSD, or similar conditions
- You are already taking part in another clinical trial
- You have high blood pressure or a heart condition (such as heart failure) that is not being treated with medication
- You do not speak Swedish
- You are not able to do light exercise at home or in person, either online or face to face
- You are unsure about taking part due to drug addiction or any other reason
- You have difficulty with orientation or are unable to communicate about other serious health conditions you may have (confirm with trial site)
