- Having blood drawn would pose a significant health risk to you — for example, due to severe anaemia, serious blood clotting problems, or another condition the doctor considers too risky
- Enough health records about your condition (such as disease activity scores, kidney results, or relevant blood test results) are not available
- Your parent or legal guardian does not agree to your participation, withdraws permission for use of your samples, or — where relevant — you as a child do not agree to take part
- Any other reason the trial doctor believes could affect your safety, the quality of the data, or your ability to complete the study (confirm with trial site)
