Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are between 40 and 90 years old.
• You have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
• You have been on the same MS treatment medication for at least 6 months without changes.
• You have not received any physical or occupational therapy focused on balance in the past 6 months.
• You are able to stand up from a chair on your own, even if you need to use your hands to push up.

• You have some mild memory or thinking difficulties based on what you report about yourself.

• Your helper buddy is able to attend all training and assessment sessions with you.

Who may not be able to join:

• You have had an MS relapse or worsening of symptoms in the past 3 months.
• You have had major surgery in the past 6 months or been hospitalised in the past 3 months.
• You experience shortness of breath while at rest, or have pain levels above 3 out of 10 that are not well controlled.
• You have high blood pressure or diabetes that is not well controlled.
• You have had a bone fracture in the past 6 months.
• You have a disability that significantly limits your ability to carry out everyday activities.
• You have epilepsy or have had uncontrolled seizures in the past year.
• You take sedative medications that could interfere with training.
• You take medications used to treat Alzheimer's or dementia, or are currently enrolled in another Alzheimer's clinical trial.
• You currently take antidepressants or medications for anxiety.
• You are considered moderate or high risk based on a standard physical activity readiness questionnaire (confirm with trial site).
• Your thinking and memory difficulties are severe, based on a telephone screening test (confirm with trial site).
• You are currently receiving any cognitive or physical rehabilitation treatment.
• You use a pacemaker.
• Your heart rate, blood pressure, or blood oxygen levels are outside safe limits at the in-person screening appointment.
• You have severe difficulties understanding or producing speech.
• You have a peripheral nerve injury (damage to nerves outside the brain and spinal cord).
