- You have a significant abnormal result in your physical exam, vital signs (like pulse or blood pressure), or blood/urine tests, as judged by a doctor
- You have a history of any heart or blood vessel disease
- You have a history of significant conditions affecting the brain, gut, kidneys, liver, mental health, lungs, metabolism, hormones, or other serious illnesses
- Your blood pressure measured at the clinic is 140/90 or higher
- Your resting heart rate is below 50 or 100 beats per minute or above (confirm with trial site)
- You have taken any medication for heart or blood pressure conditions in the past month
- You have a history of alcohol or drug misuse
