If you are a healthy individual:

  • You have an active eye condition (such as glaucoma, cataracts, or swelling in the retina) that affects how clearly the blood vessels at the back of your eye can be seen
  • You have a significant abnormal result in your physical exam, vital signs (like pulse or blood pressure), or blood/urine tests, as judged by a doctor
  • You have a history of any heart or blood vessel disease
  • You have a history of significant conditions affecting the brain, gut, kidneys, liver, mental health, lungs, metabolism, hormones, or other serious illnesses
  • Your blood pressure measured at the clinic is 140/90 or higher
  • Your resting heart rate is below 50 or 100 beats per minute or above (confirm with trial site)
  • You have taken any medication for heart or blood pressure conditions in the past month
  • You have a history of alcohol or drug misuse
