- If you are in the MS group: your current disability score (a standard MS severity scale) is above 6.5, indicating significant physical limitation (confirm with trial site).
- If you are in the Parkinson's Disease (PD) group: your current score on a standard Parkinson's severity scale is 4 or higher, indicating more advanced disease (confirm with trial site).
- For both groups: there is laboratory evidence that your condition has recently worsened due to an infection-related cause.
