Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have attended the MUSC ICU Recovery Clinic within 180 days of being discharged from the hospital
Who may not be able to join:
- People whose ICU admission was primarily due to an addiction-related condition, such as alcohol withdrawal or a severe alcohol withdrawal reaction (delirium tremens) that required ICU care
- People who have a serious mental illness, such as schizophrenia, a psychotic disorder, or acute mania
- People who have late-stage dementia or significant cognitive impairment
- People who do not have a strong working ability in either English or Spanish
- People who do not have regular access to a computer, tablet, or mobile device with an internet connection
