Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You have been formally diagnosed with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (a type of MS where symptoms come and go), confirmed using standard medical criteria

• You have significant memory or thinking difficulties that might make it hard to follow instructions (assessed using a short cognitive test)
• You have another neurological or psychiatric condition affecting your arms or hands — such as a history of stroke or severe carpal tunnel syndrome — that could affect the results or make the therapy unsafe
• You have an unstable heart condition or a serious medical illness that would make participation unsafe
• You have any known reasons why vibration therapy would not be safe for you, including pregnancy, a recent blood clot in a vein, severe bone loss (osteoporosis), frequent migraines, epilepsy, an active cancer in the treatment area, unstable heart disease, or a pacemaker without medical clearance (confirm with trial site)
