Who may not be able to join:

  • You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You are currently taking antibiotics or have taken antibiotics within the past month.
  • You are currently taking any probiotic, prebiotic, or synbiotic supplements.
  • You are currently taking iron or zinc supplements.
  • Your type of medication (for any of the above conditions) has changed in the past three months.
  • The dose of your medication has changed in the past month.
  • You have a kidney or liver disease.
  • You are under 18 years of age, or you are unable to give your own informed consent to take part.
  • You do not have a sufficient understanding of the Greek language.
