Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are willing and able to give written consent to participate.
• People aged between 18 and 85 years old, of any gender.

• People who have at least one tumour that can be measured reliably and repeatedly using standard imaging criteria.
• People whose blood counts, liver function, and clotting results meet the required levels during the screening period, as tested by a doctor.
• People who are willing and able to attend scheduled visits and follow the study requirements.

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have cancer that has spread into the renal vein.
• People whose tumour has no clear boundary from normal kidney tissue.
• People whose general health is too poor to safely undergo general anaesthesia, as assessed by an anaesthetist.
• People with serious, uncontrolled heart or brain blood vessel disease, high blood pressure, or diabetes.
• People who have had an organ transplant and take long-term immunosuppressant (immune-suppressing) medications.
• People who are currently taking immunosuppressant medications.
• People with a current active infection or fever.
• People with T-cell lymphoma or myeloma (certain blood cancers).
• People who currently have another cancer, are being treated for another cancer (benign or malignant), or have had another cancer within the past six months.
• People whose kidney cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic disease).
• People who have taken certain Chinese herbal medicines or immune-modifying medicines with anti-tumour indications within the 14 days before starting the trial drug.
• People who have received certain systemic immune treatments such as thymosin, interferon, or interleukin (except for local use).
• People with active or recurring autoimmune diseases — though some exceptions may apply for certain mild skin conditions, stable thyroid conditions managed with hormone replacement, or Type 1 diabetes managed with stable insulin doses (confirm with trial site).
• People who are currently enrolled in another interventional clinical trial.
• People with a known history of mental illness, drug abuse, or alcohol dependence.
• People who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
