If you have multiple sclerosis (MS):
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You have an official MS diagnosis confirmed using recognised medical guidelines (McDonald criteria 2017)
- Your level of physical disability is at a certain point on a standard MS scale (EDSS score of 6 or below — confirm with trial site)
- Your MS medications and any symptom-relief treatments have stayed the same for at least 2 months before joining

Who may not be able to join:
If you have MS:
- You have had an MS relapse (a flare-up of symptoms) in the last 3 months
- You have significant thinking or communication difficulties that would make it hard to follow the study tasks, as judged by the study doctor
- You have, or have had, another condition, surgery, or injury (unrelated to MS) that affects how you walk or use your arms
- You are under a legal protection order (such as guardianship) or are unable to give your own consent
If you are a healthy volunteer:
- You have significant thinking or communication difficulties that would make it hard to follow the study tasks, as judged by the study doctor
- You have, or have had, a condition, surgery, or injury that affects how you walk or use your arms
