Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are between 60 and 75 years old
- People with a body mass index (a measure of body weight relative to height) of 24 or higher
- People whose recent blood sugar control test (called glycated hemoglobin, or HbA1c) shows a result below 8.5%

- People with a history of alcohol or drug addiction
- People with serious digestive system conditions, a history of stomach or bowel surgery, serious heart or lung problems, or cancer
- People with abnormal liver function (where certain liver-related markers in blood tests are more than 2.5 times higher than the normal upper limit) or reduced kidney function (confirm with trial site for specific measurement details)
- People who have conditions such as stroke-related brain damage or vascular dementia
- People whom the trial doctors judge to be unsuitable for participation for any other reason
