Who might be able to join this trial:

- People with significant food allergies or intolerances that would interfere with study meals or products
- People who do not wish to be told about any unexpected medical findings discovered during the study
- People who have donated blood during the study period or within 2 months before it begins
- People whose sleep-wake patterns are significantly disrupted, including those who score as an extreme early riser or extreme night owl on a standard sleep questionnaire, those with heavily irregular sleep schedules, those who have worked night shifts in the last 3 months, or those who have travelled across more than one time zone in the last 3 months
- People with a high daily caffeine intake of more than 400 mg (roughly more than 4 cups of coffee or energy drinks per day)
