Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • A low-dose CT scan of your lungs has found nodules (small spots) of a specific size: solid or partly solid nodules between 5mm and 20mm, or pure "ground-glass" nodules (hazy spots) between 8mm and 30mm — if you have more than one nodule, the largest one must meet these size requirements
  • Doctors have been able to determine, or expect to determine, whether your lung nodule is likely benign (non-cancerous) or malignant (cancerous)
  • You have not received any cancer treatments such as chemotherapy, radiation, immunotherapy, or cell therapy in the past 3 months
  • You are able to provide a small blood sample (about 5 mL, roughly one teaspoon) before any treatment begins
  • You are willing to sign a consent form after having the study fully explained to you

Who may not be able to join:

  • You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You have been diagnosed with any cancer in the past 5 years (except people who had early-stage lung cancer surgery but still have multiple nodules that can be assessed), or you have a serious heart condition, severe liver or kidney problems, or a significant bone marrow disorder
  • You have had an organ transplant or a blood transfusion within the past 3 months
  • You have ever tested positive for HIV
  • The trial doctors decide for any other reason that participating would not be appropriate for you (confirm with trial site)

Important: Always verify eligibility with the trial site directly before applying.

Based on publicly available eligibility criteria from ClinicalTrials.gov. Verify directly with the trial site before acting. This is not medical advice.
