- People who have experienced vaginal bleeding after having no periods for at least 12 months, and who are currently being assessed for a possible uterine cancer diagnosis at a gynaecology department
- People who are receiving care in the Central Denmark Region or the Southern Denmark Region in Denmark
- People who are able to sign a written consent form to take part in the trial

- People who have been diagnosed with another type of cancer at the same time (separate from the current investigation for postmenopausal bleeding)
- People who have previously had their uterus removed (a hysterectomy)
- People who decide to withdraw their consent to participate
