Who may not be able to join:

- You currently take dietary supplements such as stanols, probiotics, prebiotics, or omega-3
- You follow a vegan diet, a gluten-free diet, or are lactose intolerant
- You eat more than 30 grams of fibre per day
- Your diabetes medication has been changed in the last 3 months
