Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People who have been diagnosed with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC), confirmed through a lab test of tissue or cell samples
- People whose general health and ability to carry out daily activities meets a specific level, rated as 0 or 1 on a standard medical scale (meaning fully active or able to carry out light work)

- People who have, or have had, a lung condition called interstitial lung disease or pneumonitis (inflammation of the lung tissue)
- People who have significant heart disease, such as moderate to severe heart failure
