Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People who have been diagnosed with lung cancer, confirmed by tissue or fluid testing, or — if that type of testing is not available — confirmed through at least two different imaging scans reviewed by a specialist medical team.

  • People whose treating doctor has determined that surgery is not a suitable option, or who have chosen not to have surgery.

  • People whose liver function results (total bilirubin, AST, and ALT) are no more than twice the upper limit of normal.
  • People whose kidney function results meet the required levels: creatinine clearance at or above 60ml/min, or creatinine no more than 1.5 times the upper limit of normal.
  • People who are willing and able to attend scheduled visits, follow the treatment plan, and complete all required tests and procedures, and who have signed a consent form.

Who may not be able to join:

  • People who have, or have had, another type of cancer.
  • People with poorly controlled heart failure or breathing failure, or whose heart or lung function is rated at grade 3 or below (confirm with trial site).
  • People whose blood or organ function test results do not meet the required levels before joining the trial.
  • People who are unlikely to be able to attend regular follow-up appointments due to personal, social, family, or location-related reasons.
  • People who are pregnant (based on a positive pregnancy test) or who are currently breastfeeding.
  • People who the investigating medical team considers unsuitable for the trial for other reasons.
