Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must be able to understand and sign a consent form agreeing to take part in the study
- You must be between 18 and 80 years old
- You must have been diagnosed with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer, confirmed through a tissue or cell sample test

- You have heart failure that is not currently controlled or well managed
- You have diabetes that is not well controlled, including high fasting blood sugar levels
- You have a known allergy to the specific trial drugs being tested (confirm with trial site)
- The trial doctor believes another treatment option would be more suitable for you based on your individual situation
- The trial doctor decides for any other reason that taking part in the study would not be right for you
