Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must be over 18 years old
- You must be well enough to carry out some daily activities — your overall health and ability to function must meet a certain standard set by the World Health Organization (confirm with trial site)
- Your cancer must have been confirmed through a tissue sample (biopsy or similar test) as urothelial carcinoma (a type of cancer that typically affects the bladder or urinary tract)
- Your cancer must have spread to other parts of the body (Stage IV), as shown on scans

- You must be at a stage where doctors recommend starting your first or second round of standard cancer treatment

- You must be willing and able to sign a consent form agreeing to take part in the study
Who may not be able to join:
- You are not able to give your consent to take part in the trial
- You have previously had radiation treatment on the same areas being targeted in this trial
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have had another type of cancer in the last five years (with some exceptions, such as certain treated skin cancers or early-stage cervical or prostate cancer — confirm with trial site)
- You have a mental health condition that prevents you from fully understanding what the study involves and what it means to take part
- Your general health and ability to function does not meet the minimum standard required for this trial (confirm with trial site)
