  • People aged 18 to 75 years old at the time of signing the consent form

  • People whose lung cancer includes certain other cancer types, such as small cell lung cancer, neuroendocrine carcinoma, carcinosarcoma, or more than 10% squamous cell carcinoma, confirmed by a lab test
  • People who have had another type of cancer within the last 5 years before starting the trial
  • People who have a history of, or currently have, a non-infectious lung inflammation condition called interstitial lung disease (ILD)
  • People who have previously received treatments targeting a protein called HER3, or any treatment that targets an enzyme called topoisomerase I, including a type of drug known as an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC)
  • People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
