Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are between 25 and 45 years old

- People currently taking injectable medications, sulfonylureas, or meglitinides for diabetes treatment
- People who have taken weight-loss medications or steroids (such as GLP-1 receptor agonists) within approximately 3 months before the study
- People who have had significant mental health changes within approximately 3 months before the study, such as medication adjustments, new mental health diagnoses, or a hospital stay related to mental health
- People with neurological (brain or nerve) illnesses or injuries that could affect MRI scan results
- People whose weight has changed by more than 10% in the 3 months before the study
- People who are currently taking part in another weight-loss study
- People who are not comfortable eating the meals provided by the study or who follow a highly restrictive diet (such as a vegan diet)
- People who cannot have an MRI scan, for example due to metal implants in the body or weighing more than 500 lbs (confirm with trial site)
