Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 55 or older.

- People who have had weight-loss (bariatric) surgery.
- People currently receiving medical treatments that could interfere with this study, such as weight-loss medications or cancer treatments including chemotherapy or immunotherapy.
- People who have a physical disability that prevents them from meeting standard daily exercise guidelines for adults.
- People who have a holiday planned during the study period that would mean missing group or individual sessions for more than three weeks.
- People diagnosed with unstable heart disease, severe heart failure, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or uncontrolled irregular heartbeat, if the study physician determines this would interfere with the dietary treatment (confirm with trial site).
- People diagnosed with a degenerative brain or memory condition, if the study physician determines this would interfere with the dietary treatment (confirm with trial site).
- People diagnosed with kidney failure, if the study physician determines this would interfere with the dietary treatment (confirm with trial site).
- People with severe chronic lung disease (COPD at an advanced stage), if the study physician determines this would interfere with the dietary treatment (confirm with trial site).
