Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who work in healthcare or an industrial setting and do shift work.
- People who are employed or self-employed and work at least 24 hours per week.

Who may not be able to join:

- People with certain ongoing serious health conditions, including kidney failure, active hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, a heart attack within the last 2 years, stroke, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (a long-term lung condition), or cancer.
- People with immune system conditions, active autoimmune or inflammatory diseases, or inflammatory bowel disease — though some well-managed and stable conditions such as Graves' disease, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, coeliac disease, sarcoidosis, lichen planus, or Hashimoto's thyroiditis may be permitted (confirm with trial site).
- People who regularly take blood-thinning medication (anticoagulants).
- People with a known allergy to any ingredient in the trial products.
