Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with small cell lung cancer (a specific type of lung cancer), confirmed by a laboratory test, where the cancer has spread to the brain — either at the time of first diagnosis or during treatment — and where the disease can be measured on scans.

- People who are still experiencing significant side effects (above a moderate level) from any previous cancer treatment.
- People whose cancer has spread widely to internal organs and who are at short-term risk of serious, life-threatening complications.
- People who have other serious or uncontrolled medical conditions that could be life-threatening.
- People who have previously received radiation therapy to the brain.
