Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older, of any gender
- People with melanoma (a type of skin cancer) that has spread to nearby tissue or other parts of the body, confirmed through a laboratory test of a tissue or cell sample
- People whose cancer test results show a specific genetic change called an NRAS mutation
- People whose melanoma has not responded to, or has stopped responding to, a previous type of immunotherapy treatment (known as anti-PD-1 or PD-L1 therapy)
- People who are able to swallow and digest oral (tablet or capsule) medications
- People who are willing to take part, able to sign a consent form, and able to follow the study's requirements throughout the trial
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are currently taking part in another clinical trial involving a drug or medicine
- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
- People whose overall health situation has been reviewed by a medical team and considered unsuitable for this type of targeted treatment (confirm with trial site)
- People who the trial investigator considers unsuitable for other reasons, such as personal, family, or social circumstances that could affect their safety or the reliability of the trial data
