For children/young people:
- Children and young people between the ages of 8 and 18 years old
- People who have been diagnosed with cancer (such as leukemia, lymphoma, brain or spinal cord tumors, or other solid tumors), confirmed by clinical and laboratory testing
- People who are currently in the recovery or maintenance stage of their cancer treatment, or who finished treatment at least 6 months before joining the trial

- People whose written agreement (and written agreement from their parent or legal guardian) has been obtained before joining
For caregivers:
- People who are the main caregiver of a child enrolled in this trial

- People who are able to read, understand, and complete questionnaires independently
- People who have provided written consent before taking part

For children/young people:
- People who have serious health problems caused by their cancer treatment (such as significant problems with organ function or the nervous system) that could affect how symptoms are measured
- People who are unlikely to follow the study requirements or cannot complete interviews and questionnaires on their own
- People who are already taking part in another clinical trial that involves a treatment or intervention that could affect this study's results
- People who are expected to have major surgery, or start new chemotherapy or radiotherapy, during the time the study is running
For caregivers:
- People who have experienced a major distressing life event in the past 6 months (such as the death of a loved one or a divorce) that could affect psychological assessments
- People who have serious difficulties with thinking, memory, or understanding
- People who have severe difficulties with speech, a psychiatric condition, or any other condition that would prevent them from completing assessments independently
