Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 10 and 16 years old (inclusive)
- You have been diagnosed with migraine (with or without aura, or chronic migraine) by a headache specialist
- You get at least 4 migraine headaches per month
- You have periods between migraines where you are headache-free
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a significant physical, mental health, or developmental condition that might make it hard to take part in the study activities
- You have a high score on a balance and dizziness symptom questionnaire, or you have new or worsening balance/dizziness symptoms before the study begins (confirm with trial site)
- You have started a new medication to prevent migraines within the last 4 weeks before joining the study
- You are currently receiving a talking therapy or mind-body treatment for migraines, such as cognitive behavioural therapy or biofeedback
- You have a history of epilepsy or seizures triggered by flashing lights
