  • People aged 18 to 75 who have been diagnosed with Cushing's disease, Acromegaly, or a tumour-related high prolactin level, confirmed through blood or urine tests according to current specialist guidelines.

  • People with known allergies to contrast dyes or other materials used in medical imaging.
  • People with serious health conditions that would make it difficult to participate, such as being unable to lie still and flat for 30 to 60 minutes.
  • People whose MRI scan has already successfully identified the location of their tumour.
