Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with a fibrotic interstitial lung disease (a type of lung scarring condition) as the main reason for attending pulmonary rehabilitation (this applies to participants at Berner Reha Zentrum only)
- People who are already enrolled in a specific lung disease research study (the Idiopathic Interstitial Pneumonia cohort study, reference Nr. 246/15 / PB_2016-01524) and have agreed to allow their data to be used for further research (this applies to participants at Inselspital only)

- People who have difficulty understanding information or following study instructions due to cognitive challenges, or who do not have sufficient knowledge of German (the language used in this study)
- People who have a diagnosis of sarcoidosis (a specific inflammatory condition that affects multiple organs)
