Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are male and aged 18 years or older
• People who have been clinically diagnosed with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) with mild to moderate-severe symptoms
• People whose PTSD symptom score (measured using a standard tool called the PCL-5) is 60 or below at the screening stage
• People whose PTSD is linked to a traumatic event that happened in the year 2000 or later
• People who are eligible for rehabilitation services through the Ministry of Defense (MOD)
• People who are able to use a smartphone and a wearable device (such as a fitness tracker)

Who may not be able to join:

• People whose PTSD symptoms are above the moderate-severe range (a PCL-5 score above 60) or who need a higher level of clinical care
• People experiencing acute psychiatric instability, including active thoughts of suicide or psychosis
• People who are currently taking the medications Olanzapine (also known as Zyprexa) or Quetiapine (also known as Seroquel)
• People with severe sleep problems, based on a score above 7 on a standard sleep assessment tool called the Insomnia Severity Index
• People with severe difficulties in concentration or thinking that would prevent them from using digital biofeedback tools
