Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years of age or older, of any race or gender
- You are able to sign a consent form yourself, or you have a legally authorized person (such as a family member or guardian) who can sign on your behalf
- You have been diagnosed with a brain or spinal cord tumor (either one that started there or spread from elsewhere in the body) based on medical examination, imaging, or tissue testing
- Your brain or spinal cord tumor has not yet been treated with radiation therapy

- You have had an allergic reaction to the study imaging agent [C-11]-CS1P1 or any of its ingredients
- You have a condition that makes it unsafe for you to have a PET scan, CT scan, or MRI — for example, certain implanted electronic devices or being unable to lie still for a period of time
- You have previously received radiation treatment to your head
- You have severe claustrophobia (fear of enclosed spaces) that would require general anesthesia to complete the scans
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have a serious health condition that, in the study doctor's judgment, could put you at greater risk, make it hard for you to complete the study procedures, or affect the study results — for example, advanced kidney or liver failure
- You have taken part in other research studies involving radioactive materials in the past 12 months, and the combined radiation exposure would exceed the limits allowed by U.S. federal regulations (confirm with trial site)
