- People who are unable to attend 120 daily treatment sessions (5 times per week) at the INMI facility

- People who currently have active thoughts of suicide
- People who have had or currently have a manic disorder
- People who have difficulty equalising pressure in the body, such as certain lung conditions, significant sinus blockage, problems with the tube connecting the throat to the ear, or an undrained collapsed lung (confirm with trial site)
- People who are pregnant or may be pregnant
